Prismatic Painting was founded in 2017 with a mission to provide homeowners with meticulous and beautiful craftsmanship delivered with friendly professionalism.
In 2021, Platt Builders welcomed Prismatic Painting to become the new paint division. Having a paint division within a company that focuses on high-end remodels, custom homes, and custom cabinetry has contributed to massive success in quality control, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. While Prismatic Painting works on projects with Platt Builders, they also maintain a separate schedule with paint-only projects. One of the wonderful benefits of the relationship, is that Prismatic Painting has direct and trusted resources in all aspects of remodeling such as carpentry, cabinetry, and many other trades.
OUR TEAM
Friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and meticulous painters are the key ingredients to what makes working with Prismatic Painting so enjoyable. Our team is structured to handle a wide range of painting projects. Each project will have a designated Lead Painter along with several skilled painters, depending on the project size and deadline. Additionally, we have a Small Projects Specialist that is equipped for just about any small paint project.
STEVE MAHON, DIRECTOR
Steve started Prismatic Painting in 2017 after a fulfilling career in Ski Area Management with a side business making ski masks while painting houses for many summers. He combined his painting skills & knowledge with his experience in entrepreneurship, management, operations, and marketing to create a paint contracting company that focuses on high quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and a positive work atmosphere. In 2021, Steve made the decision to take Prismatic Painting to the next level by becoming a division of Platt Builders.
Outside of his company, Steve enjoys snowboarding in the winter and skateboarding and golf in the summer. He currently lives in Pepperell, MA with his wife, daughter, and son.
